Blogging about Boise and Idaho in General: December 2010

Great and UNIQUE gift - for closing or the holidays! Perfect for HOMES!

If you haven't come across a Scentsy wickless candle in your travels - then you are missing out on a very unique gift and/or marketing tool!

I came across Scentsy about a year ago. It's a Meridian, Idaho based company - so around here - they are pretty well known. But that's not the case everywhere. Recently I became one of their over 80K Independent Scentsy Consultants. I bought so much it made sense!

So what is Scentsy?

Scentsy wickless candles are flameless, smokeless and lead-free. The exclusive Scentsy wax bar is melted in one of our decorative warmers by a low-watt light bulb. Scentsy wickless candles are safer, stronger and longer lasting than wicked candles. No soot, no flame, no problem!

They are awesome for any listed home! I CRINGE when I go show a home and the sellers leave a candle burning!!! I've had it happen more than a handful of times this year and each time I am so worried each time I leave the house - should I blow it out? Should I not? I just worry!

A Scentsy warmer or plug in lets you leave it on all day - and the scented wax makes the home smell Oh so nice! They have a scent called 'Baked Apple Pie' - and I kid you not, it smells as a pie is baking in the oven!

But what really has me excited is one of their newest warmers due out TODAY - December 1st! The University of North Carolina's Campus Collection warmer! Isn't it beautiful? (Ok, my household has some very big UNC fans) There is also a University of Kentucky warmer out today also! Pretty! Check out the whole campus collection here!                   UNC Warmer             UK Warmer        Pinecone Warmer       Victoria Warmer

Not only do they have fun college warmers - they have many, many others too. You can see the whole line at my website: www.wicklessradiance.com

My personal favorite is the plug in - easy to take from open house to open house. Or affordable enough to give to your sellers and tell them to turn on before a showing. (Give them the Baked Apple Pie scented wax - Mmmmm) Takes care of making sure the house smells great and even provides a bit of light! (Great night lights too!)

Roma plug in

Real estate is my passion - but I am completely 'scent'-obsessed lately - and just had to share!
